By the way, I really like the Trader Joe’s shredded soy cheese. But, I would love to find both a cream cheese and a sour cream (or unsweetened non-dairy yogurt) that tastes good. Tofutti is not ok with my palatte.

@billyandgabby: Some people (like myself) are allergic to dairy and cannot eat it. I’d much rather have dairy cheese. It’s easier to find & tastes better (usually) but your comments are counter productive & insensitive. If you don’t have a helpful remark get off this forum!

The term organic equates to an item as chemical free. It is not correlated with vegetarianism in any way.

They have the organic apple cider vinager usually @ a health food store. Some supermarkets carry it as well.
The brand I use is called Braggs

Your right, cider …
Your right, cider vinegar is great, it will leave you looking like a shiny apple! It kills all the bad bacteria. I always use cider vinegar in some water in the sink, and splash my face. Its also good to put it on your face, with a flanel over it for about 10 minutes, before exfoliating… it loosens all the dead skin!
